How are the Classes Designed
Every Season we will be focusing on a Specific Chakra (1-8).
Season: Focused Chakra Center 1-8
Class 1 - Utilizing your sense of feeling/touch to explore this Chakra, you will be introduced to the Healing practices of Reiki & Energy Therapy. You will also experience Vibrational effects of Healing Drumming. Through this class you will explore the feeling/touch side of the Focused Chakra, along with a guided meditation & intuitive self-coaching session.
Class 2 - Your sense of smell will be ignited with Essential Oil Aromatherapy. Come participate in a Healing Ritual of Aroma, while learning how to use simple blends to heal emotional, spiritual, and physical imbalances. Through this class you will explore the aromatics of the Focused Chakra, along with a guided meditation & intuitive self-coaching. NLP and Hypnosis techniques will be utilized to help reprogram your mind and keep you in balance.
Class 3 - Explore your sense of sight as we work with this Chakra. You will engage in the practical usage of Crystal Therapy as well as Colored Light Therapy. Through this class you will explore the visual aspects of the Focused Chakra, along with a guided meditation & intuitive self-coaching. You will learn how to heighten your intuitive abilities.
Class 4 - Transform your mind, body and spirit through your sense of hearing / sound. In this Chakra class you will receive Sound Therapy Healing from Crystal Signing Bowls, Tuning Forks and the Sound Scape of Nature. Through this class you will explore the sounds of the Focused Chakra, along with a guided meditation & intuitive self-coaching session.
